This Chenin Blanc opens with aromas of fresh lime blossom, honeydew melon, and green apple. The aromas are balanced by delicate mineral flavours derived from the rocky slopes of the Simonsberg mountains where the wine is grown.
This Viognier has bright, explosive, floral aromas of honeysuckle and orange blossom. The primary fruit expression is peach and pear, with a hint of straw. The lengthy, dry finish reveals a bit of spice and dried herbs.
Field Atlas reminds us of fresh black cherries, liquorice, and black pepper. The wine is delicate, smooth and balanced. Produced in respect of natural processes, some sedimentation may occur in bottle.
Cabernet has grown on the granite slopes of the Simonsberg mountain for over 300 years and produces classic, elegant wines. Aromas of cassis and Moroccan mint underlined by robust tannins and a long finish.
ThIS wine is fermented naturally in stainless steel tanks and bottled with minimal intervention. Aromas of strawberries, watermelon, and black currant are underlined by a crisp, dry finish. This is a perfect wine alongside the braai. Serve chilled, at 7-9°C.
We carefully blend our estate Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Chenin Blanc, and Viognier to achieve a delicate balance of floral aromas and fruitful flavours. Each component brings a layer of complexity and nuance to the wine.
Time plays a huge factor in making things better, with humans age comes with more wisdom, experiences and gratitude for life; with wine, age brings it more depth and pleasure to the consumer.
